Housing and Communities Committee

The Housing and Communities Committee was established by the Combined Authority at its Board meeting on 25 July 2018. 

The Housing and Communities Committee is made up of four members and the quorum for this meeting is two thirds of the total membership of the committee. 

The Chairman of the Committee is Councillor Charles Roberts

Housing figures need revisiting to meet growth ambitions

Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority plans to establish ambitious housing targets to 2050 that will capture the true housing needs of the local area, stating that current figures fail to fully take into consideration local plans for growth.
