An Extraordinary Meeting of the Combined Authority Board was held on Friday 20 May.
At that meeting, an amendment to the Motion on Notice was passed. It recommend that, in light of the investigation currently in progress under the Member Conduct Complaints Procedure, that the Board would fully support that investigation and not interfere or prejudge any outcome nor see any reason to cause the Mayor himself to prejudge the outcome. The Board will support the conclusion and any recommendations by the Combined Authority and its Audit and Governance Committee and the publication of any recommendations that arise as defined in the Constitution.
The meeting was adjourned and a Transition Plan will be discussed later this week.
