David Moore

David is a former Chief Financial Officer for a number of private sector businesses including companies in Biofuels and Waste-to-Energy technologies.

David has developed international trade and investment teams in a number of English Regions and now leads the Economic Growth Sector Champions, Growth Hub and Strategic Funding teams at CPCA to directly support existing and potential investors to expand and locate in the region.

Most recently he has been engaged in the development of the CPCA Local Growth Plan focusing on profiling priority sectors.

In addition to attracting inward investment in the UK, he has worked in in the USA most notably the Bay Area of California working in both San Jose and San Francisco where for a time he joined the British Consulate as UK Vice Consul Inward Investment.
