Delay to the publication of the publication of draft accounts and exercise of public rights
Delay to the publication of the publication of draft accounts and exercise of public rights
The Combined Authority is required to prepare an annual Statement of Accounts by the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, the regulations also set out the requirement to publish draft accounts for public inspection.
Due to sickness of critical staff members the publication of the accounts will be delayed, actions are ongoing to complete the draft accounts as soon as reasonably practicable and the period for the exercise of public rights will commence once the draft accounts are complete.
